"Easy ordering and fair prices"
Ordering from blindsaver.com was straightforward. I was able to find the size options without having to dig around, and checkout was quick, which is really all you can ask for with something like this.
I appreciated that the order details were shown clearly before I paid, because common sense says you want to double-check everything before placing the order. The confirmation email came through right away, and overall I’m happy with how smooth the process was

"Really good custmer service"
I had a little issue with my order and couldnt remember what size I’d chosen. Sent an email to blindsaver and they got back to me quick. The person I spoke to was really friendly and just sorted it out without making it feel like a hassle. nice when a company actually replies and helps. I’d defintely use them again.

"Better blinds than I expected"
I’m usually a bit skeptical of all the slick product descriptions companies use, but these blinds actually turned out good. The material feels solid, they fit nicely, and after a few weeks of using them I haven’t had any problems so far.

"Pretty easy to install on my own"
I ordered blinds from blindsaver.com and had a good experience putting them up myself. The instructions were clear enough that I didn’t need to ask anyone for help, which I appreciated. It did take me a little longer than I expected, and one of the brackets was a bit fiddly, but once I got going it all came together fine. Now that they’re up, I’m happy with how they look and I’d say the whole process was definitely manageable

"Good Blinds for the Money"
I ordered from blindsaver.com mainly because the prices were Better than a few other places I looked at. wasn’t expecting anything too fancy, but the blinds actually look Nice and fit just fine. Solid value overall, and I’d probably use them again if I end up needing more.

"Not sure what went wrong with the measurements??"
I ordered a few blinds from blindsaver.com and followed their measuring guide, but somehow the sizing still came out off. One blind ended up being too wide, and another had weird gaps on the sides. I double-checked my measurements before placing the order, so I’m confused?? When I reached out to customer service, it kind of felt like they were putting it back on me instead of helping. Frustrating experience overall.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size blinds, totally my fault, and I was expecting the return process to be a hassle. I emailed blindsaver.com and got a quick reply, and they walked me through what to do without making it feel awkward or complicated.
There was also a small issue with one part in the replacement order, but they handled that too — sent out the right piece and kept it simple. It took a few days, but there was no drama at all. Really happy with how they dealt with everything.

"Showed Up Faster Than I Expected"
I usually try to notice patterns with deliveries, and this one definitely broke the usual timeline in a good way. It arrived quicker than I thought it would, everything looked fine, and there were no issues at all

BlindSaver Q&A
Asking this question on July 1 2023. We purchased some blinds from them in April 2018. But I can't find them now. Did they go out of business? The last post I can find about them when using google is from 2020.
